I am Hitoshi Yamashita. I was grew up in Takamatsu city until 18 years old. Then, after I graduated my University, I worked for an Electric Company in Ehime Prefecture. I lived in L.A. for a few years working the company, I learned English at that time. After I left the company in 2019, I came back to Takamatsu City and joined Setouchi Taxi Co.,Ltd. two years ago. When I started to work as a taxi driver, I was not used to new job, but now I feel rewarding it. By the way, you know that there are many famous and beautiful sightseeing areas in Kagawa Prefecture, such as Ritsurin garden, Yashima and Syoudoshima etc. Then, there are many delicious foods in Kagawa Prefectur, such as olive beef, born-in chicken and vegetables. And we don't forget that Kagawa is known as a Udon Prefecture. There are many Udon restaurants in Kagawa Prefecture, and each restaurant has features and differences, such as ingredients of soup stock, chewy and shape of Udon and Tempura toppings.
